The bold part is actually interesting because Skype (or any other VoIP) would fall under this clause. And I have been using Skype (trying too that is) and I would in breach of the contract, so I guess they will have to terminate it...
This is more for all those p2p addicts where they want everything for free
free music free movies free broadband by the sounds of things to if they had there way ,

or which adversely affects the performance of the Services for other Clearwire customers, all as determined in Clearwire’s sole discretion.

Whats not clear about what this says..

move to China everyone has broadband for free..

P2p will soon be a thing of the past anyway.
