When I emailed Clearwire I told them that I always have the 5 lights illuminated so signal should be good.

Is this a standard brush off (I'm not hugely technically minded)? I'm looking at IBB and their 3mb download/upload offer. Would I be better off going with them, especially for gaming?

Any Ideas? I'm starting to get really frustrated by the whole thing. And sorry this post is so long...
Well you got a standard answer as everyone else is getting. You, however, got better explanation than I got. Bottom line - this is standard.

In CW defense then there might be something interfering with your signal, but if it has been working before and if you haven't noticed any new building outside your window, then it sounds more like a typical support answer to get you away and run around like a fool with your modem.

We are many customers who, like you, feel that the support could be a little bit more serious. Your problem is too many users online on their network. They simply don't have bandwidth enough...

I have no clue if IBB is better. Have a look in the section IBB and maybe ask around. Those people writing in the IBB section must know.

Best of luck.
