Boy were you lucky, I know people that can't get to their technical support at all here in Ferns. And their service is on and off.
I for one would not touch them with a 40ft pole, National Wireless Broadband is way ahead of these guys, the service has never went down since it started, and I was the first to be connected. callidus have only done some small upgrades to an out of date system.

But I do not see how a LAN settings could interfere with your settings.
