i had a clear wire for a some time and it is totaly crapp **** internet ever i got!yeah they do that next day connection and bla bla bla bla but my internet wasn workin properly at all!it works only in 6 00 morning abaut a hour!so what i did i ring them and i sad that i am canceling d-debit with them and i not gona pay no more.then they sad to me that i will have to pay the cancelation fee 120 euros!!!!!!!!i blocked the d-debit by a sending a leter to my bank!so they ring me and i sad that i dont need clearwire no more they sad okey u will have phone call tomrow,and a cancelation started to work!so i was waiting that phone call 2 months (i changed to IRISHBROADBAND and gave that clearwire to my friend his using it atm for free)so when i got that call i sad to theyr agent that i am busy atm(i was in work)can he calll me later he sad okey!that l8r is again 2 months!so idid the cancelation but they didnt disconected me!and still i am waiting for a call where as they have sad will tell me how to send that box back to them!if they wont me to pay for these 4 months and disconn. fee they are stupid1i did save my isp speed tests!and i even recorded some phone calls with them so it is unbeatable provement that i am right!if they will invite me to court i will prove that i didnt got even 1/10 of what they promised!what can i tell u to do first of all save your speed tests in this page!call them say that u are canceling that stuff and sop they will tell u that u will have more phone calls later abaut cancelations(record them all) then record theyr ignorant phone calls!then send a letter to your branch where u claim that u are canceling/blocking d-debit with them!AND BE FREE!fcuk em they are worst net provaiders in ireland!and yeah theyr agents is in this page becose they agent told me this place to test my speed!TO clearwire:::::nice rip off boys and girls keep going till someone will shut u down!  |
