I'm Living in Shannon in Co. Clare on the 3Mb service with UTV and the dropouts are really becoming a pain. I contacted TS on Saturday and they brough up activity on the account and even they were surprised to see 15 atempts by the router to connect in one go!!! Before they report a fault they have to get you to try various configurations, this I have done and will be back on to them tomorrow. As Identified before the service before this has been amazing, I wonder is Eircom doing any major works on the exchanges? Possibly even a bandwidth increase......I can dream can't I? |
