Do you really think they care? They would say: we have established the ComReg go to them. And ComReg couldn't care less about Internet connections, because old fashion phones are the only thing they understand.
Maybe I am just a spoiled stupid European, but sometimes it really feels like the mentality here is: "I don't need Internet at the pub." I do not mean to step on anyones toes.
I know it is not the complete picture and the world is not just black and white. Right now the world is just black.
