I had a hardware fault on my antenna, kept giving more frequent and longer holes in the service. They came out the next day and fixed it.
Maybe a chat with the guys at permanet will sort it. Have found them to be very good of late, though my last call caused them to see that I was on the wrong package (€120pm one, was paying for a €44pm)
