I bought a Ripwave box last December and had 2 months of patchy service. In the end after sending
IBB lots of strongly worded emails, they took back the box and refunded me what was left of my prepayment. This took over 2 months to get. They emailed me at the end of January saying I would be refunded. It took an email to their CEO/customer Service manager to get things sorted out!
Don't waste your time/hard earned money!
