anyway dude I spend every minuet of everyday learning as much as I can about computers! I know how to program in 18 different languages and have started and sold a software company for advanced encryption methods better than MD5 for large companies and banks (admitidly not for very much!). so I think it's fair to say I know a hell of a lot about computers, CERTAINLY more than the clearwire support team and you! |
Actually I have seen a few customers support clearwire but you're right there aren't many. Just out of curiosity, how long did it take to learn 18 different programming languages and what languages? It must've taken a long time and a lot of work. I'm impressed.

Also all I ever hear from "people like you" is denying there is a problem all you freakin have to do is look at the 100's of posts from clearwire users asking what the hell is wrong with clearwire!
|
Not completely true but I have seen it. Did you even read my other post? I admitted that I was a former employee but that I don't support clearwire any more than you.I was just in an annoyed mood the other day and thought I would respond that way because I felt like it.

Well then. I'm actually not in Ireland but in the USA. I don't know about out there (also from what I've seen although there are problems in the USA it looks like they're even worse in Ireland) but in the USA, the support does try to do what they can for the customer, although there isn't always a lot that they can do. Sometimes things happen with the wireless signal which makes it not completely reliable. You should be able to expect that from any wireless internet company. Clearwire frankly is not the best for everyone, but is sufficient for some, who in the right circumstances can get the normal speeds, which, in reality, still would not be the best for gaming, downloading or streaming. I would try to get at least 3 Mbps for that, personally. If all you need is to check email and basic internet use, ifyou actually can get a decent signal and it works normally, its usually fine. As you can see, I'm supporting both sides of the issue here, not making any excuses, and not just supporting clearwire. I admit that for some people, clearwire can be crap. But there are some out there that it works fine for. Actually I just felt like putting this all in because you're entertaining to talk to and use your points because you get pissed no matter what I say.
