It is good to see that someone else is having issues with the Digiweb Metro 3mb service. I see from the connection speeds you show that there may be an issue there, which is more than likely at their end not yours. However if you are also using the phone service are you having problems when you try to call someone and if so what happens, as I am and the company don't seem to want to get to the bottom of it. Mind me asking what Metro service area are you in. |
