for all customers that are with digiweb i suggest you take a look at your terms, digiweb have changed there rules on broadband service, they no longer supply a monthly transfer rate, meaning if you pay for a 30gig downlaod limit per month you will not recieve it, they have setup a new thing call a rolling system meaning you never see 30gig, your stats is total 30gig, so if you reach 30gig limit 2 doays before your new month they cut you off, so your into your new month ok- but you will never get refreshed!! they have stopped this!!, so no its setup you have to WAIT for your limit to drop down to a few gig(depends on how much you used) once more for you to use your limit again, so like myself i went over 30gig(3gig) so they cut me off...no i paid my bill and im now 2 weeks into new month! i have been capped i will not get my 30gig... i was told i have to wait for my limit to drop down to 27gig then i can use my allowance again, BUT if i reach 30 gig again i get capped, meaning you never get 30gig!! DO NOT GO TO DIGIWEB THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE 30GIG A MONTH, THEY DONT, I LEARNT THE HARD WAY AND I HAVE ORDERED A NEW ISP- i will not get my account refreshed for a whole onth even dough i have paid my new bill, scammers!!!
