Hi Sean
You need to do two things asap.
Fisrt get you bank to cancel the BT direct debit authorisation or you'll find another €80 charge on your credit card in 2 months time.
Second becuse its BT who have charged your credit card Digiweb can't sort it out so you'll have to get on BT Accounts to refund the €80.
Oh and don't forget to mention to BT if they are reluctant to refund that the matter could end up in the small claims court. This often helps concentrate their minds!
