hmmm 1st thing to do is make a WRITTEN "FORMAL COMPLAINT" to your service provider and must use words "FORMAL COMPLAINT" then give them about ten working days to resolve then if no improvement contact ComReg who might say it doesn't fall within their remit! then check out court services site to download forms for small claims court and you can even apply online now!
