Emails sent every week for months,talking to tech support for hours,having tech support call to your house,sending the same daft screenshots of ping results,ipconfig and download speeds isnt cooperating?
Glad you are happy but dont assume that their inability to solve others problems is due to a lack of cooperation on the customers part! |
