Im with Ice BB in Swords Co. Dublin, and have been with them for 8 or 9 months now. I ordered this service with the intention of using VOIP and online gaming,as I dont have (or want) a phone line. All I can say is that the service is terrible, it is impossible to use VOIP and Xbox live day or night. The connection is too erratic to support it. I have been ringing customer support every week and they have always fobbed me off with some "adjustments" or "setting changes", which never worked. They sent out a guy to fix it,and he changed my radio,pointed it in a different direction. No fix. He even said to me that Ice was useless for Xbox live or voip.....
I tried to cancel my account with them but they said I would have to pay a disconnection fee and pay out the remainder of the year also!!
The girl on the phone then transferred me to the tech support line which just rang out!
My advice to you is to go for BT ADSL service if you can. Friends of mine have it, with no problems at all.

Thats supposed to be a 3MB down 1MB up connection........
