Send them a witnessed letter registered mail indicating that you are going to press charges for trespass, invasion of of privacy and since they had no right to be on your roof, not to mind removing anything from your property theft also. Part of the letter should be in bill format for the money owed plus interest. The pen is mightier than the sword ! Worth a try??
