Why not download 250gb? I would if I could, but my 1tb HDD is filling up rather quickly. But in all seriousness, why have a cap? If Virgin Media (formally Telewest, NTL, etc.) in the UK can do away with a set cap, then why can't Chorus? So, an AUP (Acceptable Usage Policy) applies. But that's the same with Smart Telecom, who have never had a cap on downloads. Still, Chours, Eircom, and pretty much every other residential ISP in Ireland has one. Silly stuff, really. It's 2007, get with it!
