Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately it looks like i will be unable to afford such a modem
. Anyway i doubt that it would make any difference as my connection is extremely bad. Ive gotten my ISP provider (Eircom)finally to put me back on 2Meg but my average speed is somewhere between 400kpbs to 600 nowhere near where it should be and thats coupled with the intermittent connection loss
