I am in the same area mate and rang them after getting a letter in the post saying the same thing. I asked the guy in sales a few basic questions about contention, average ping times, QOS the usual stuff and he couldnt answer any of them. Needless to say i did not take him up on his offer and hung up. I just cant believe some companys that cant even staff their sales office with rep's that know anything about their own product, about the only thing he could tell me is the price and how long it would take to get up and running and he probably even got them wrong |
