So you really think DW will return your call. If you do then think again. They will soon call you however if an email is sent to them wishing to cancel. If it was support you phoned today I think I know the girl you spoke to. If it is she will come back to you, as she did twice on one day when I had serious issues with their Metro phone service, it would not dial out. If not ring again and ask for her because I think she is the only girl in support but phone from work not home (if possible). As a matter of interest what DW service area are you in?
3Mb is an improvement but is still a long way off what it should be. Are there any other wireless providers covering your area apart from DW? If there are what have they got to offer, as you would prefer to avoid having to pay Eircom for an even worse service maybe. |
