 Maybe I am just lucky.......
I have been with UTV Clicksilver for four years now. Currently on the 3mb package and get a consistent 2.55mb download and 316kb upload. I went to change to Magnet about a year ago - nightmare. Went back to UTV and no issues. Went over cap and they charged - but say they will, No problems connecting at any time. Customer Service is slow - but use the phone and speak to someone and you get a response. Free phone calls means my average telephone component of the bill is less than five euro. Maybe more to do withn the quality of the service at the exchange (Live in North Dublin). Overall very satisfied. |
