like any other contract slimboyjim you need to gather info which proves they have not lived up to their end of the contract then best to confront them with this info and ask to be released from the contract and if they dont co-operate apply to the small claims court for reimbursment of connection fee and refund for times you had poor service and also to cancel contract but it does state clearly in terms about p2p etc but if your usage is merely average then no worries!
