I download a bit too, i'd say about 50GB a month average, is this "throttling" even possible, i've seen on another irish forum people complaining/wondering about this too.
It seems that this happens for a while and then everything is ok again, hopefully thats what will happen. I switched form Azureus to Utorrent to see if it would be better and got speed up to 50k/B max average is about 33.
Yeah it would be easier to watch my limit than leave my pc on for 2 days to d/l a 1.37 GB file, this slow speed defeats the purpose
