They're an absolute bunch of chancers who really don't give a damn about their customers as long as they get your cash every month.
I estimate I've phoned them around 150 times to get them to fix my dire connection and it's still crap.
They only have ONE tech support guy on during the evenings plus contention is also way higher than it's supposed to be.
When I've called them on a few occasions I've received an automated message giving tech support hours - this means there's no one manning tech support AT ALL.
It amazes me how a company like this can get away with such a piss poor service and not get closed down...
The best solution for everyone is to get the hell out and find a different provider - they're never going to improve. |
