Can slam05 not realize that people do complain for a reason, and complaining on the internet forums is the only place where people will listen. It's the only place where you can talk about it with other subscribers! It's not a vendetta to get digiweb. But there is serious problems with this company, and mostly their appalling attitude to customers, it's absolutely outrageous, and needs to be addressed. I hope your service slam05 continues to operate as good as it is now, But try realize that other people ARE having problems. I have had it with digiweb. I need not say anymore about that, I have posted many times about the issues I am having! You are on metro you say? Well it depends on the area you are in and how many people that have been signed up to use that basestation and how much bandwidth is available and how many are using it at that time and so on. DSL is a totally different technology which ningaholic is on. By the way Ninjaholic do you really think that paying so much extra from 3mb to 4mb is worth it when really you only are getting an extra 500k? Seems crazy to me. But if you are happy that's what counts. No offence intended!  |
