The reason for lack of download speeds is the sudden loss of u.s and Canadian with their superior upload capacity to the number 2 and 3 most popular torrent search engines. Until these users find a way to overcome the blocking of their ip address the lack of download speeds are going to continue. only piratebay seem to get full speed on their torrents and the smaller torrent search engines
