Not all people know that its crap for online gaming, when I rang up to find out about it I said I specifically wanted it for online gaming and they lied saying its "the new thing for online-play". So its hard to get a good broadband service if you buy the wrong one cause the person was lying to you. So you cant say anyone is delluded when their trustin them to tell you what you need to know.
