The same rubbish happened in Nenagh. Eircom incumbents claimed that there was nothing wrong with the exchange.
After a significant quantity of complaints were escalated to customer services the boyos were ordered to investigate and bring back an answer that could be backed up.
They found problems with switching gear.
Goes to show; give the technicals one chance and then escalate to complaints department........and post it here!!!!!!!!
