I work in the company, that's how I know. Yes one of our commercial directors did state recently in the Tribune that we do throttle when needs be but this was misinformation on his part. He's not a technical person at all and was working on misinformation, he doesn't actually have any idea how the network works at all because as I said... he's just a commercial director.
