I cancelled my account
ONE YEAR AGO because broadband( Permanet) became available but they keep taking money from my credit card .
It does't matter how often you contact them by phone, letter or e-mail, they ( sometimes) apologize, they will take care of it and promiss that it will never happen again.
Yeah right.
(Letters are not answered at all.
)
I am getting really annoyed here and my next step is to take legal action.
But if there is somebody from EsatBT out there that really can do something about this
criminal offence = stealing € 53,98 from my credit card every 2 months, feel free to contact me.
For all other readers my advice to you:
STAY AWAY!
And if this was the first time that they were taking money from my credit card when they are not entitled to it
.
A couple of years ago I moved house( I informed them well in advance of course
) from then they charged me double.
It took ages and several phone calls before that was corrected.
But it did not take a year though...........................
