And test, if possible, the xbox game when everything is connected with cables in stead of the wireless set up. i am not u huge fan of wireless gaming and noticed lag on games. I have been playing al lthe Pro Evolutions on line and it really showed when my opponent had a wireless network at home.
Not saying it might solve your problem but it would surprise me if it will not be better when you use cables.
