I already answered the question by telling the OP that the black box isn't a modem and no stee it's not even close to a modem it's just a passthrough device that gives the radio on the roof power.
That's it... it performs no networking functionality whatsoever, just a passthrough. So the answer to the original question is no, you can't get rid of it. Sorry if I didn't make that clear enough but I thought I had already answered that question. |
