I cancelled my direct debit for January and sent them an email to cancel.
I have complained to Clearwire many times, but they won't respond to my emails. Or when they do, they completely ignore what I've said, and tell me for 1000th time to move the modem around to "lock into a different base station". I never heard such crap!
So I got an email today, telling me they needed the cancellation in writing, and posted to an address. (And I suppose they'll expect me to pay for January also, even though I haven't been using the modem).
There is no way that I am paying the €200 that they want as a cancellation fee. They will have a fight on their hands if they want to force me to pay it.
Fair is fair. If they were a reasonable company who fulfilled their side of the contract, I would have no problem paying this fee. But they can't suddenly turn around and say that I am in breach of contract and owe them €200.

That's just not on!!
