I have a 2Mbps connection with
IBB. I have been complaining about it since it was put in last July. I was told that my local highsite was being upgraded and when this was done everything would be working perfectly.
Well it work for 3 days and then returned to the same old thing.
My usual D/L speed is about 60 kbps but this can run as slow as 6.5kbps and the U/L speed isn’t worth talking about.
At least when I have a dial up connection it would run a constant speed, and it was as fast as what I’m getting now.
I have received several emails from their second line engineers saying that the situation has been rectified, I log on to the blacknight speed test and all I'm getting is more of the same.
So after 6 months of complaining about this they have finally told me that my connection cannot be fixed or brought up to the proper speed.
I don't know how they can sell this as a service when it doesn't get even close to its supposed operating speed.
I have demanded that it be taken out and my money be refunded.
