IBB are having huge problems in Maynooth at the moment. Support has been useless and won't say what the problem is so hopefully someone here can shed light on the situation.
My pings are up around 500ms.
Download and upload are around 512kbps on a 2Mbps connection.
That would definitely make VOIP unusable if it was happening in other areas too.
