Hi Seifer

I changed my isp around the same time as you did in 2000 and never had a problem with the email until a couple of weeks ago.

Maybe Eircon did't notice until now or it was because I kept my voice traffic with them. I didn't change my voice service as I feared that Eircon would ignore or delay action on any line faults [you only have to see the posts on this site to see I am not paranoid, I just prefer not to have to battle through third parties if possible].

I still have my voice traffic with Eircon so maybe they did a complete review of their systems when they updated their subscribers website recently.

Anyway notwithstanding this little hiccup with the email I am looking forward to the Bitstream speed increases due in June.
