Where are u located? I am in Terenure and 2 of my neighbours (100 metres) have IBB. One had terrible trouble at the start and I don't know the other guy, but the strange thing I noticed the other day is that all our aerials point in different directions.

If I have any further problems, I intend to follow up each call (yes it's crazy that support is only there up to 7pm) with e-mail to them, which then can be used for an official complaint to ComReg about the service. I suggest you do the same thing. Make it a rolling e-mail (complaints and answers (if any).
