Bit of a necro post, but anyone still having issues with torrent speeds on the
Fixed IBB lines (3meg)?
Just moved to them last week from Digiweb (to avoid the "rolling quota"!), and getting pretty aweful 40Kbs or so d/l from trackes that once gave me 320 on the 3meg Digiweb line :/
Any help appreciated, I've tried turning on encryption on both Az and UTorrent but it didn't make a difference
