I've rang them a couple of times. They indicated that you'd be contacted if you were downloading an excessive amount. It's a tricky one when speaking to them about torrents as let's be honest, it not something they're keen to support.
Over the years I've been with them, like i said, there are times when my speeds really wouldn't go above 10 kbps. Then, suddenly I go through times when it's 300 kbps. I'm sure there's something going on somewhere, whether they're responsible is another thing (the engineers will always tell you they don't throttle).
Despite this, the lack of a download limit is a godsend. 30-40gb monthly download limits are an absolute joke!! |
