Hi, been with Digiweb Metro for nearly two years and their download policy was ALWAYS a rolling limit. It was never a monthly reset to zero limit.
I suspect you signed on the dotted line without reading the t & c's and then got a shock when they trottled your connection.
I'm very happy with their service. excellent isptest results on 1meg and now 6meg.
