So rang up Eircom yesterday and was telling them I wanted to sign up for one of their broanband and talktime packages. The support I had gotten with my questions and stuff was quite helpful but towards the end of the conversation she told me an Eircom representative would call me in a month to let me know that the switch has been done.

At the time I took no notice of the time line she had given and I just said ok thanks and hung up. But today Ive been thinking why is it going to take a month? Im switching back over from BT.The more and more I thought about how long a month is the more edgy I got. So anyone know why exactly it is going to take a month to have a phoneline and ISP to be switched back to Eircom?
