IBB don't see fit to share that information with their customers how is anyone supposed to know that ? . Another point would be how is anyone supposed to know how much they are downloading with no way of keeping track
of their bandwith usage , why does everything have to be so frustrating with Irish Broadband why can't they just use a monthly allowance and software to keep track of your usage like everyone else ? . Throttling peoples connections without telling them why = no customers . I'm going to Eircom in a few weeks so you can take that as fact.
