Im a long time user and as JimmyJoeJohnson keeps saying
IBB do NOT or ever have blocked any type of p2p software or block any ports,sure some times my 4/4 meg is slow (esp the upload) but then other times i get full up and dl speed at the same time over all im a very happy user
