Broadband in West/Mid-West - SubForum Needed

We need a sub-forum for Broadband in West/Mid-West.

These (really two) areas have large rural areas and I wouldn't be surprised if rural areas don't account for most problems. These may not be specific to broadband carriers being related to the Eircom lines over which the DSL is carried.

So please give us one (or two sub-forums) so we can discuss these issues.
(There are, no doubt, other areas of the country not so covered)
