Problems (for DSL) on Corofin, Co. Clare Exchange

I am an ESAT-BT 3Mbps customer connected through the exchange in Corofin, Co. Clare (about 3km distant) and have been experiencing problems lately:

multiple disconnects and TCP pauses up to 300mS and beyond.

Several people in the area have complained about DSL and telephone connections in the area. I noticed a Eircom van in Corofin lately and so far today things seem a bit better.

Has anyone else on the Corofin exchange noticed similar problems?
