How can I get the 1Mb

I'm afraid you'll never get the full 1Mbps.

But don't feel too bad, because of the way DSL BB works and the fact that speed is distance dependant over phone lines the best speed most people can get is about 85% of their rated speed.

In your case that would be 850kbps so as you are already getting 874kbps you have more than most with a 1Mbps package.
