Chorus in Carlow

Hi, does anyone know if Chorus NTL is available in Carlow (broadband) and can someone who's using it (not necessarily in Carlow) can comment on the service? in their TOS they have ALOT of restrictions, seems like they don't allow torrenting and so on.. just want an opinion

its not available yet in carlow and there no estimated time(was told about 2years),, i rang a few times about it myself. only option in carlow with chorus is tv.

I heard from one of my colleagues that they are planning on rolling out the 20 meg service in Carlow, but I'm not sure when

if only you could find out when from that same friend that would be awesome Black

was told by chorus they will never have broadband in Carlow as lines are not good enough ands it would cost too much to replace all the cable so they just offer new customers their mmds now and they cant use the mmds for broadband.
