I am a UTV INternet user and am most unhappy with speed. Max tonight 65Kb. Anybody have observations or comments

I'm examining my position with them presently-my speeds are also slow,although not as poor as yours-I am on 1Mg and @evening time it reads circa 120~260-prior to 6 months ago it read 650~850,sometimes >900.I also have frequent breaks in connectivity-have to babysit the router.
I'm evaluating their response at this time,going thru process of line checking & forwarding them speed test results.
If you are still interested I'll keep you posted.
