Default Will I ever be able to get broadband.

Can't get Irish Broadband or Kerry Broadband as there are trees blocking the signal (I am located in Milltown Co.Kerry) I was tempted to try Permanet but it's probably off the same hill as the others, Eircom are meant to be putting in an exchange in the village, but I'll probably be two far or right on the verge..so am I stuck with ISDN forever?, I could get that vodafone broadband, but it's too expensive and incosistent and I wouldnt know how to set it up with xbox live, its so annoying..I've wanted broadband for like 3 years yt im stuck with 128k ISDN..and I can do naff all with it as its quite expensive and too slow. Sickened.
