Default Terminate for free!!

Its official clearwire are currently the worst provider in the country. After 2 months of problems with ping and packet loss i finally got a responce from a clearwire engineer. After he did some "extensive tests" on the clearwire mast in the Finglas Dublin area he discovered that it is highly overloaded with subscribers which is causing my problems.
Now this i could have told him 2 months ago but the solution is the one that go me really going.
He informed me the only option was to add 2 or 3 more sectors to the mast to improve the speeds for everyone in the finglas area but that they are not due to do any maintenance or upgrade to that mast for the next 3 to 4 months. Hang on i say so it aint just me thats having the problem its all of north county Dublin. He replys yes that is correct.
The only immediate solution he could provide to the problem was for me to terminate my contract and they will wave the early cancelation fee and for me to find another provider.
I suppose if enough people do the same thing eventually the totals connected to that mast will drop far enough for the remainder to get a half decent service but again i doubt it from this sorry excuse for an ISP.
